MainMTO LLC (“MainMTO,” “we,” “us”) operates https://mainmto.org. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the project inquiry form we collect your name, company, email address, phone number, and whatever you tell us about your project. We use it to respond to your inquiry and, if we work together, to deliver the engagement.

Information collected automatically. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited, referring page) and privacy-respecting analytics used to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising trackers or sell data to third parties.

How we use it

  • To respond to inquiries and provide services you have requested
  • To send project communications, proposals and invoices
  • To improve the website and understand what visitors find useful
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not send marketing email to people who did not ask for it. We do not share client information with third parties except service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, accounting) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Client confidentiality

Information you share about your business, systems or data during an engagement is treated as confidential whether or not an NDA is signed. We will not name you as a client publicly without permission.

Data retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to 24 months. Client project records are kept as long as needed to support the work and meet legal and tax requirements — typically seven years.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are legally required to keep. Email michael@mainmto.org.

Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and least-privilege credential practices. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat client data as if it were our own.

Children

This site is directed at businesses and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date below and, for active clients, notify you directly.
