Four phases. Written down. No surprises.
Software projects rarely fail on the engineering. They fail on unclear scope, slow decisions and vendors who go quiet. Our process is built to prevent all three.
Blueprint
Two weeks. $7,500, credited in full toward your build.
Nobody can honestly fix-price software they have not investigated. Anyone who does is either padding heavily or planning to come back for more. So we investigate first, and we charge for it — which keeps it serious on both sides.
You leave with: a technical architecture, an integration map, wireframes for every core screen, a scoped and estimated backlog, a risk register, and a fixed-price build quote valid for 60 days.
Build
Two-week sprints. Working software at the end of each one.
Every sprint ends with something you can actually click on a staging URL — not a status deck. You see progress continuously, which means a wrong direction gets caught in week two rather than month five.
Every Friday you get a written report: what shipped, what is next, what is blocked, hours consumed against estimate, and any risk that has changed. No chasing us for an update.
Launch
A monitored cutover, not a handoff and a wave.
Data migration with a dry run first. Training for the people who will use it daily, recorded so new hires can watch it later. Written documentation. Then a monitored go-live, scheduled when a problem would hurt least.
30-day defect warranty. Anything that does not work the way the scope said gets fixed free. New ideas are a change order — but genuine defects are on us.
Care
From $450/month. Because unmaintained software rots.
Dependencies go stale. Security patches pile up. Certificates expire. Browsers change. A system nobody maintains becomes a liability in about eighteen months — and the rescue costs more than the care would have.
Care Plans cover managed hosting, uptime monitoring, daily backups, security patching, and a monthly block of change hours so small improvements never need a new contract.
What we put in writing.
These are contract terms, not marketing copy. They are in every MSA we sign.
Fixed price holds
The number in your signed scope is the number you pay. Estimating error is our risk to carry, not yours.
Change orders first
Nothing outside the signed scope gets built — or billed — without a priced change order you approved in writing.
Full IP transfer
On final payment, all custom work is assigned to you outright. Accounts and repositories are in your name from day one.
Weekly written status
Every Friday, in writing, whether or not there is good news. You will never wonder where a project stands.
30-day defect warranty
Anything that does not match the agreed scope is fixed at no charge for 30 days after launch.
No lock-in
Standard tools, documented code, portable infrastructure. You can leave whenever you want. We would rather earn the next project.
Common questions
What if the scope changes mid-project?
It gets written up as a change order with a price and a schedule impact, and you approve it before any work starts. No change order, no work, no surprise line on an invoice. This is the single biggest source of conflict in software projects and we remove it structurally.
What do I actually have to do?
Roughly two to four hours a week. A 30-minute check-in each week, sprint reviews every two weeks, and timely answers when we need a decision. The most common cause of a late project is not engineering — it is waiting on a client decision.
What if I’m not happy with the work?
Every sprint ends with something you can click, so you never wait months to find out. If we are heading the wrong direction, you will know within two weeks, not six months. And if you want to stop, you can — you keep everything paid for to that point, including the code.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, routinely, before discovery conversations. We will sign yours or send ours.
